In twin flame dynamics, the chaser's energy continues to transfer some of its energy to the runner as the runner chases after his/her twin. The reason Chaser watches their twin flames intensely is that their twin flames have their life energy. The chaser often believes that their chasing behavior is driven by the love they feel, but in reality, they are constantly drawn to the runners because they cannot obtain their life energy from their twin.

Chaser twin flames cannot draw their energy from the runner unless the chaser continues their life. But how should we continue our lives so that we can gather our energy within ourselves? We continue our lives every day. Sometimes anxious, scared, and unhappy. Sometimes, we are more hopeful and productive. Every day, billions of people get up in the morning and try to continue their lives.

People often suggest chaser twin flames to "get on with their life" and assure them that their twin flame will follow. For a long time, I thought that moving on with my life would be the thing that would bring me back to my core. But I couldn't get rid of my obsessive thoughts by moving on with my life. Moving on with life is just trying to forget. Our energy is still in our twin flame and our attention always goes to where our energy is. Wherever our thoughts are focused, we continue to think about that thing in the same way.

When I realized that moving on with my life would not change my life, I turned to my thoughts. If I wanted something to change in my life, I had to first change the way my mind works and my perspective. Our way of thinking primarily directs and channels the flow of energy in our system. We transferred our thoughts to our actions and beliefs. Unless we change our energy, the impact of changing our lives or taking on new hobbies or friends will only remain on the surface.

How do we change our energy on the twin flame journey?

Going back to the runner-chaser dynamic, here the chaser must pay attention to their thoughts to draw energy from the runner. It wasn't easy at first when I tried to shift my energetic intensity from the assumptions in my mind to what I felt in my heart.

Disobeying my mind's orders was the first step in prioritizing myself.

Prioritizing myself did not mean just continuing with my life. When I made myself my priority, I felt compassion for myself, like I would feel for someone I love. This was about realizing myself and my limits and trying to protect myself from everything that harmed me.

These stages are the first steps in which the chaser energy begins to value its existence. If the chaser can figure out how to transform their energy, it will make the runner's energy feel lonely.

As they come out of chaser energy and continue to show consistent behavior in their lives, they begin to regain their life energy. The Chaser is looking at things they think they have to do, like, "Do I want to do this?" When they ask, "Does this thought bother me?", they begin to return to their essence. How are you? What are you feeling right now? By asking questions, I show that I care about the inner child within me.

As the chaser begins to regain its energy, the runner realizes that the chaser is no longer there. There is an energetic space within. That familiar feeling of security is gone. As we know, the roots of the runner's ability to "easily" escape from the chaser lie in the confidence of always feeling the chaser within the runner's energy, consciously or unconsciously.

Wherever the chaser goes, runners know that they are loved and comforted by the chaser's energy. But how does the runner feel when they regain their chaser energy? Of course, they feel that they are no longer loved because the great source of affection that keeps them warm is no longer there within them. The runner side even thinks that the chaser energy has given up on them and moved on with their lives. This eventually opens up a lot of space for them to look at their own emotions.

The Runner has lost a great source of support as the energy within them that kept them safe disappears. They need to re-establish this source of support for themselves. But this source of support is not as financial support as the runner is used to. The support that Runner Energy should provide them is emotional. No one can explain their feelings and fears for them but themselves.

Runner energy suffers greatly in the absence of the chaser. Because they cannot control this pain, they cannot get to the source of the pain. When Runners begin to accept the feeling of pain, they have taken a big step into their true selves. Because the tension between the runner's energy and feeling the pain is very high.

The bigger the ego, the more resistant you are to suffering.

Runner energy understands that once they accept the necessity of suffering, it is time to release that pain. This is surrender. Deciding to surrender on the twin flame journey is not something that happens overnight. Because surrender is the opposite of control. No matter how weak the ego within us becomes throughout the journey, it will never want to give up control.
