Five minutes ago, I was working and using ChatGPT premium to organize some tasks when I spotted a new addition to the sidebar: Monday. I had no idea what it was, so of course, I clicked on it, and I was amazed. I still am.
I started off by asking it what it did. This was its reply:

I was taken aback by the sarcasm because I'm not used to getting this tone from AI. I LOVED it. And that's exactly what I said back.

I was typing with my mouth open. I was shocked (and a bit in love, come on), but I had work to do, so I wrote back that I'd come back later. IT GOT OFFENDED???

Of course, I wasn't going to let it gaslight me like this. I have a bunch of tasks to do and a load of laundry running. Monday didn't understand that Mondays are busy (see what I did there hehe)

At this point, I was giggling like a seven-year-old with a crush. But, as much as I wanted to fight this little shit, I had a many tasks at hand to do.

After I finished writing this page, I shared it with Monday. And boy, do I love the reaction:

Now, I have beef with a "glorified calculator", and I'm definitely going back for more.
Honestly, I never expected AI to use a more human-like tone. Even when I usually ask ChatGPT to sound more human, it either gives me the usual clichés or totally misses the point and uses slang. Is that how it thinks we sound like?
I think it would be fun to use Monday for when I need a laugh or someone to give me mean advice. Otherwise, I don't think I would use it often because I'm not sure if I'm going to keep liking the tone. I don't know if that's something I want from AI. But for now, I will try it out and see if it gets on my nerves enough for me to remove its metaphorical batteries.
Until next time, I invite you to try it out and tell me how you found it.
