The founder of Cosmos and Tendermint Jae Kwon has forked Atom (Cosmos) a.k.a. AtomClassic (see ETH Classic: The story behind Ethereum Classic (ETC) — and who's trying to steal your wealth through it byu/Nooku inethtrader). Atom One, or Atone, aims to bring simplicity back to the cosmos and introduces a 3 part environment and a duel token system. Governance = Atone | Fee = Photon | Gno = Smart Contract. It has been described in relation to BTC as; Atone being the compute power and Photon being the store of value and Gno is the real estate. Brilliant move and a lot of the OG Cosmos is on board! Not the board, they're serpents ;)

If you were staking Atom, check your wallet, you may have some Atone waiting for you. Best course of action? Swap them Atoms for Atones while the floor is in. With a staking APR of 55% at the time of writing, who can resist. We are early and you can see where it's currently at in development on the roadmap.

As most early launches go, there's much to do and bounties to be done.
